Katarī Kurishina
Born in Nepal in 1982. Studied at a school in Nepal as a chef and built a career in India for 11 years. Came to Japan in 2013, worked in Nagoya, and then moved to Hokkaido. Opened a Nepalese dining restaurant in July 2020 and is serving as the managing chef.
